I am attempting to capture Video from old tapes and burn them to DVD+RW disks. Got it working but the quality was quite low so I started improving it. I am now using the AverTV card with Virtualdub to capture. This allows me to greatly improve the quality of the AVI. Then I go to TMPGEnc to convert to mpeg, edit the video, then demux to create .m2v and .ac3 files. Then I use ifoEdit to create VOBs for the DVD.

So far so good and my simple tests show nice videos and sound.

Then the problem. I go to Nero to burn and get an error message:

"File size not a multiple of a logical block size"
"Files Realocation Failed"

I have search the foum and the internet and only see references to people having this problem when they attempt to burn to 2 disks and possibly related to editing the content. I am doing something wrong with TMGEnc when I cut the beginning and end of the video?

Thanks for the help.

Chris
