  1. has anyone else used this program?

is it just me, or does it OWN?

the only extra features i could possibly want from it would be to search image files for a particular file & to let you boot the program from a cd-r (instead of 2 floppy discs).. aside from, it rocks my socks..

i can back up my o/s in a few minutes and restore it just as quickly.. that of course is not counting if you have a bajillion programs, mp3's, svcd's, and stuff on the drive you're backing up.. but i mean, jebus.. this thing is just goood. now i can finally do a good backup of my harddrive.. let it make the image and then burn that to a dvd-rw in case of catasrophic failure.. the only thing i really worry about now is my two 80 gigers going out on me..

i've got the newest symantec norton ghost.. but i havent installed it.. are there really any reasons to when i havent had any problems out of drive image 2k2?

  2. I have a copy of this, don't know what version it is though. It came packaged with my epox motherboard. I can't use it because it will only run under dos and I am running windows XP, also it wont work with NTFS filesystem. Does your version work with XP and NTFS

  3. craig,

yes. the 2002 version supports windows xp and ntfs partitions.. and it runs through windows.. if you're backing up the windows partition it does require it to reboot.. but it works, it works well, easy, and fast.. its light years ahead of that "system restore" bullshit that comes with windows xp..
