DVD to DVD ripping methods for the Mac

Could anyone point me to a HOWTO for making backup copies of my DVD video discs on Mac OS X?

Read the instructions.

It just says decrypt the DVD and transfer the data files to the HDD.

Then start Toast and burn as DVD?

Would you know how to remove the non-English language part of the DVD? Some of my DVDs are dual layer and refuse to fit in a 4.3GB disc.

When you extract with OSEx, you can use the languages button to uncheck the languages you don't want.
