    HI. Does anyone knows how improve the quality of a mpg, already captured with a tv card. i mean, i captured it form vhs. so my question is, can i use TMPGEnc or any software to get my mpg with better ´quality? if there is a way? how.

    there are a few filters you can apply... Ghost reduction Noise Reduction and the Sharpen Edge & Colour correction (in tmpg that is)

    you open your MPEG file in TMPG and you're gonna reëncode them with the filters(you find them in ADVANCED) selected...
