Good news - Realtime vcd capture

I've found a way to capture to vcd format in realtime
that give very good results.
The captured video have a very good quality,i think i tis
even better than the video captured whith wintv pvr or Dazzle DVC II.
This solution is software only,for the tests i have used a hollywood + card and a wintv whith cinax winvcr 2.0 for capture from a dvd.But there we must do some trick to the program to get this quality.
If you like to now how is done, just reply to this post and i explain to you.
You can test youself and share the results whith me.
I think it´s really good considered we d´ont use special and expensive hardware
