I'm not sure where to post this, but here it goes.
I have a XP1800,256DDR,DEKSTAR 120GB,LG DVD, LG 32X10X40X with XP PRO. I recently changed the LG 32X10X40X with a LITE-ON writer and included another WD 80GB HD.
Before I did this it normaly took me 30 minutes to rip a DVD with CLAD DVD XP, now it takes me 2 hours. When I did the conversion with TMPGENC. 2.57 it took me 4 - 5 hours on very slow, now it takes me 18 hours.
I have looked at my event viewer and noticed the following errors:
WARNING:
The COM+ Event System failed to fire the StartShell method on subscription {A5978620-5B3F-F1D1-8ED2-00FA0035B753}-{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}
-{00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}. The subscriber returned HRESULT 80004001.
Error 4354 // Source Eventsystem // Category (52)
I can't find anything on this, I hope someone out there might be able to help me.
Thanx in advance.
