Just got my camera, and decided to play around with my DV card. Going in when perfect! Absolutly no dropped frames, editing was as smooth as it could be. Then, when I tried to send it to my camera, thats when problems set in... Well, nothing serious, but the video was hitting about .5FPS in Premiere, but it looked perfect on the camera. Is there any way to speed this up? Here's my capture comptuer specs...

    Slot1 PIII 733MHz w/ 256k Cache
    128M PC133 RAM
    GF2 GTS video card
    10G HD(plan to install an 80G soon)
    Firewire card

    HMMMM.... A little odd.

    Try DVio from here: http://www.carr-engineering.com/dvio.htm

That might produce better results, though I don't know why Premiere didn't work.
Hope is the trap the world sets for you every night when you go to sleep and the only reason you have to get up in the morning is the hope that this day, things will get better... But they never do, do they?

Well, captureing is fine, it's just after I edit... and I don't want to use antoher program to export, as I did all my editing in Premiere. If I did that, I'd just be back where I started...

OK, I think I understand now. You haven't rendered this to a complete file yet, and you want to save that time by going straight to the camera right?

If that's true, then I'm of no more use.
