AUDIO !!!! out of sync on my standalone player.

My God ..
I have tried a hundred different things now ...need som help.Trying to get a SVCD out of "Blade2" (that has 5 channel audio), and when i have burned a clip(10min) to test on my standalone dvd the audio is out of sync (1sec).The audio is in sync when i play it on a softwareplayer(power dvd).
I have ripped out the audio and done this to get a 2channel wave...

"Save the audio out using virtualdub, but use direct stream copy rather than full processing mode. rename the resulting file to file.ac3 rather than .wav. Convert this to stereo wav using Headac3he."

And i have used virtualdub to cut out a part and then used TMPGEnc to convert it in 2pass VBR.

The thing is ..that when i use the same settings on a avi(divx) that i got in 2channels everything works out nice and the audio is in sync too...So the problem must be in the divx(Blade2) that comes in a 5channel audio ,haven't done a SVCD from that kind of media before????

Anyone?? i'm big neeeeed..I have given this movie a week now ,cause the great quality it is made of.

Nintaus N9901 and Average 2520 and Max 2520.

If you had read the notes on your player you would have learned that SVCD audio sync was a common problem that can be avoided by using bbMPEG to re-multiplex your files and VCDeasy to create SVCD disks.

Didn't thought that my dvd player was the issue here, it played everything i created before....
I just created a clip using dvd2svcd and it's in sync. dvd2svcd uses bbmpeg so i belive your'e totally right.
