I know that Final Cut Pro 3 has these features built in. I am looking at the possibility of producing a 30 minutes weekly show for broadcast in Premiere (PC). Surely there is a third party software waveform analyzer/oscilloscope? Anyone?

It's VFW only. Damn shame, but thanks anyway. If it was for 2000/Xp and WDM drivers, that would be worth the $40.00!
