    PLease Help !!!
    How do i improve the quality of my .avi file with VirtualDub or another tool?
    I have .avi file with bad quality and i want to improve the video & audio quality of this file. How do i do that?

    In theory, you can't improve on quality - you can only make it worse.
    But you can try to apply different filters for eliminating (hiding) certain problems like video noise.
    What filters to use depends on what the "bad quality" is caused by.
    The same principle applies to audio, but here you have to extract the audio with VDub, and try to enhance it with some audio editing tool like SoundForge or Goldwave.
