could anyone maybe help me:

I have a panasonic RV31 DVD player. The problem is that when i play VCDs, the picture is ok for 1 and a half minutes but then the picture and sound start to jump. As the video plays on it gets worst. The strange thing is though when it starts to play a second track it does exactly the same, perfect at the begining but then after 1 and half minutes the same. (On my PC DVD drive they play ok.)

I am using a Dazzle DVD master card (mpeg1/2 encoder),with a HP9130 CD Burner with nero 5.0.5 software. I've also tried 2 types of cd's and i've tried burning at different speeds down to 1X.

Please help!
