I am fairly new at DVD ripping, and have followed the DVD2AVI tutorial. After 20 hours of ripping on an 800MHz computer the movie was not of good quality. The picture was poor and had green specs throughout the picture. I was wondering whether i needed to change the settings in TMPGEnc so that the Motion search precision was of Highest Quality? Also should i be playing around with any other settings to enhance the quality and have a movie file less then 1 gig!
Any help would be appreciated.
