help with scary movie

everytime i go to rip scary movie my computer crashes.even if i just go to watch it my computer will crash.no other dvds do this but scary movie.what could cause this?

also it will play on my ps2.

is it the PAL or NTSC version, cos I ripped the PAL version and burnt it to a single disc using sefy's template, no probs

I was able to rip that movie (NTSC) no problem. My guess is your DVD is scratched or something, but that's just a guess. Clean it, then try ripping at a slower speed or even another ripper.

What kind of dvd and dvd software are you using? When I was using ATI ALL IN BLONDER software I had crashes, color problems,...

the cd does not have a scratch on it.i use powerdvd and windvd 2000 to play my dvds.even when i go to click on my d drive(my dvdrom drive)it will freeze i cant even see the stuuf that is on the cd.like the extra pc stuff.no other dvd does this.help

Ok, that's truely odd. I would return the DVD and get a new one I had a similar problem with SMJ vol1, it played on my standalone but my DVD-ROM just keep spinning and evently would say 'no disc.' The disc had no marks on it.
