Is there a program less than $2000 that allows you to author Dolby Digital or DTS 5.1 audio for either CDs or DVDs? I am willing to pay a reasonable price (~$100-$200), but as far as I've seen, this is next to impossible. The only ones I've seen are Minnetonka's incredibly expensive programs. Any help is greatly appreciated.
