    If this question has been asked , please excuse me, I have looked through the site,
    Is it possiable to write a region onto a cd-r or dvd-r. Will the new infoedit do this function or is there some other software out there?. The reason I ask is ,the dvd's will then play on my locked player. That's if the region code is not on the cd and in the vob,mp2 file ect. ??

    do you mean that region free disks wont play on your player????

    if you really want to put region code into the disk you can do it with authoring-softwares like DVDmaestro etc...

    IIRC General media does not accept region code or Macrovision.
