Svcd encoding!?

hey!

when im using TMPGEnc and encodes movies to SVCD or VCD, can i use the computer to other things at the same time, such as use the internet?, without bordering the Encoding*?

if you have a fast computer , then you have no problem using
it for other things while you are encoding.
it does slow down the encoding but
you wont notice it much.
if your computer is slow, you will notice it, it will take much more
time to finish the encoding.

doing other things will slow down the encoding, may be noticable, maybe not, but the quality of the final video will not suffer at all
