Here's what I've got. Two output streams. A .m2v video stream and a .ac3 audio stream. When I use IFOEdit to create new VOB's from these, it does so like a champ. Problem I go is, I want to *chop* 8 minutes from the start of the video and the last 30 minutes.
Is there an easy way to do this without having to reencode? I've been through a bunch of the guides, most of which pertain to rips. This is a MPEG2 Compliant Capture that will always be split streams (.m2v & .ac3).
I tried using VOBSplitter and ChopperXP. VOBSplitter won't let me target the exact frame I want to cut on.. It pick points (not sure what this is). However, the chopped segment when saving the 4K header allows me to recreate IFO files with IFOEdit, but Nero hates these and the IFO DVD Player crashes.
Using ChopperXP I can pick the exact point, however, it apparently just chops the file itself including the 4K NAv header. When I try and do anything to the VOB's with IFO edit it kicks out Invalid NAvigation errors, saying there is no NAv-Pack and NEro goes crazy for the same reason.
Any ideas ?
Thanks
