Burning VCD's on a 99 min. CD

I bought me 99min/870MB CD-R's and tryed to burn my movies on it, but my burn program (WinOnCD 5 Power Edition) doesn't recognize the size of the CD-R's!!
If I click on the CD-info it says that my CD-R is only a 702MB!!

What can I do?? I'm really desperated here!!

you need a program that supports overburning. Nero and NTI CD-Maker both do. I don't know if WinOn supports it. Look in options or preferences for settings,overburn,or expert features.
Look at the help file in WinOn.

your burner has to support overburning too.
its not just a metter of software.
there is a list of burners in vcdhelp, you can find out if your
burner supports overburning.
if it does, use nero to burn it.
