  1. In the past three day i tried to create v-cd for my thomson dth 500 s with Nero (last version) and other dedicated software...
Unfortunately, I always receive 'no disc' error.
The question is: may this error depend by the 'Menu' at the beginning of the v-cd?
    Tks in advance.

I've read posts from people reporting that their stand-alone wouldn't play VCD's with menu (when made with Nero) (this is my own experience too) but that it'd play the VCD when no menu was created by Nero (haven't tested - dumped Nero as a lost cause when it comes to VCD).
If you still want menus and stuff, try VCDEasy for your authoring/burning needs!

  3. Try putting in an audio CD on the same media type.

Does it play on your player?

Chances are that your player simply doesn't play CD-R/W media... If this is the case, you will need to experiment with different brands of CD-R to find one that works. CD-RW often works better in these cases.
