Morning all, I have a file that reports as this - 352 x 240, 23.976 fps, which according to this site (yep, did some poking around) is NTSC Film VCD. My question is, will this play fine or do I have to encode it to the standard 29.97 fps? Thanks so much.

it depends on your DVD player... not all players support 23.976fps... Try it...
