I used TMPGEnc mpeg tool to cut a SVCD with 2 audio channels but I found that the resulting SVCD has only one audio channel. I used Merge&Cut MPEG-2 Super VideoCD (VBR).
What tool do you use to cut SVCD? I know about bbMPEG but I need to be able to cut from xxx.xx second to yy:yy.yy second. Thanks.
