    OfficeMax.com - Cendyne DVD-R drive $150 after rebate
Click the above link to enable a $50 off $250 coupon. Search for item 20146496 which is a Cendyne 2x1 DVD-R/RW writer, which also supports 4x24 CD-R/RW. Price is $249.99, find something that is very inexpensive to get you just over $250, the purchase price after coupon will be $200 with free shipping. There is a $50 mail-in rebate available. The specs on this DVD writer are not as good as the Sony DRU500A, but this is still a very good deal.

It is not a good deal. One should check his sources before posting. Or was this just for shock value? True status of this burner

I found this out seven minutes after the post was posted.

Yeah my cousin managed to grab one about an hour before it went out of stock on the day that deal was found. Too bad it ran out... I knew about 3 other guys who wanted in but didn't know until to late.

Seems I was used by "the Man" as a "tool" in his "capatalistic" strive to bring misey to the dvdburner "have nots"!
But then again maybe it was just an error and for that I apologize.

Tommy yes it was for shock value.

I do believe these burners will be going for 150.00 at christmas. Office Max may have been wanting to dump its inventory and clear shelves in anticipation of the shipments arriving on the west coast. I think the market is going to be flooded with dvdburners by christmas.

    Dear Tumbar:
It seems I should be the one to apologize. I did not realize you may have been duped by Office Depot as well. When I reread my post after yours I think I could have said what was needed to be said in a more mature way. I was raised better, trust me, and I hope you will forgive me. For as far as I am cconcerned you only did what you thought was right under the circumstances.
    Hello.
