  1. I have an AC3 file that I want to convert so I can burn it to a cd and play it on a regular cd player......is there a differenc in sound if I were to use besweet to convert it to WAV or use SURCODE dts to convert it....The ac3 file is dts and I want to keep the dts when I burn it on the cd

any suggestion on this is appreciated

  2. ummmm... I don't think audio cd players support DTS sound. DTS, AFAIK, stands for Digital(Or Dolby) Theater Sound and an audio CD format has no such thing.

  4. DTS suround is very large file format as it is lightly compressed. It is this
size that would prevent it playing as a regular miniDVD. You would have
to reduce DVD video to D1 to fit a meaningful amount on a cd. Despite this I have never heard of anyone being able to playback such a disc
in a standalone player. You can do it for Dolby Digital 5.1, however, and
on a small number of players this works a treat.
