  1. when i use claddvdxp it shows up with the 7.1 gig file. basically it has tons of vob files under it. but when i clad and rip it to a d2v, it only rips a file that is less than roughly 300 mb. what is the problem and how do i get all of that info out so i can encode it?

.d2v file size is correct. It's only a 'pointer" to the vob files so Tmpeg can see and encode as one file. you must keep the vob's on your HD for Tmpeg to encode.
