Hello! I seem to be having a problem woth camtasia. It says: Unable to open AVI file. C:\windows.000\temp\camtasia recorder_capture1f6819a.avi(8004406f). please help me. what does it mean? also, anyone happen to have the serial number to confirm camtasia before it expires?
