    I'm not sure if its just these files but they play fine in my media player but i get the error message not supported in tmpgenc and then the black screen. I tryed the settings option also and nothing. Can somebody please help me??????

    what is the file format.

    mpg , avi, vob, ???

    the file format is .avi, also when i'm recording a disk with cdrwin it says writing leadout track and never finishes. I have to restart the computer to get the disk out. Vcd plays fine but just wondering why this is?? Also do you have to install the codecs on tmpgenc or just on your computer? and if you do have to install them on tmpgenc how is this done??
