Missing Codec

I am building a new computer and when I transferred the Virtualdub 1.3 c files to the new one I lost the

DivXMPEG-4 Fast-motion
DivXMPEG-4 Low-motion

compression options. I have gone to the "how to site" but I am unable to restore these two drivers.

Does someone know what are the files and to where do they get copied?

I must be doing something wrong. That has not worked. I have loaded the smrpatch, divx 3.11 alpha, virtualdub 1.3, and the divx 4.12 codec. I know I have this working in my old computer, but I have not been able to replicate it in my new one, or another computer to which I have access.

This is very frustrating. Is there something in the WINNT\system32 dlls that I need to know, copy, or delete.
