I often add subs by frameserving with Vdub into TMPGenc and burn the divx to SVCD.
With two movies I couldn't frameserve to TMPGenc with VDub caused by wellknown problem in this forum...cannot open vdr-file in TMPGenc.
Why can I frameserve with one divx-movie and not with another and what other possibilities are there to get it done with other programs..??
Are there solutions for this problem. A couple weeks ago think I read all the posts concerning this topic but could not solve the problem...did I overlooked something..??

Thx for the tip.. it's working great now with a movie which couldn't be frameserved with VDuB...
Had some problems writing the Avisynth script: in the example which Truman wrote in his guide it's not necessary to load the second plugin if you're encoding from avi to svcd...so I put the # sign in front of that line and everything went O.K.
