The update is out but it seems like Roxio don't want you to have it!

If you've received the e-mail update, you're directed to the download site.

    http://www.roxio.com/ecdc531/

where you chose if you use dial-up or broadband. You're then offered the chance of buying the update on CD for $15.95 (it's only an 18Meg file and would take 6min to download) - does this begin to smell fishy???

If you still persist with the download option, it takes another SIX pages before a 'page cannot be found' message to pop up!

    Questions to ponder:

    1) Who the hell are these jokers??? After paying £50 for something I could have downloaded for free of a P2P site, I expect just a bit better!

    2) Anyone get the feeling that since Adobe got rid of the Easy CD range customer support has gone down the pan?

If you meant Adaptec I totally agree. I dumped Roxio a long time ago in favor of Nero.

Looks like they finally got their act together - here's the link to spare you faffing about on their site.
