okay, I've download from many sites with "streambox vcr" and it works great, but what I really want is to download videos from launch.com. After I download the video from launch.com, I get the audio, but I cannot see the video. Any idea why?

I've tried "i'm still here" by "John Rzeznik"!
I thought maybe that video has a problem, so i tired a "blackstreet" video, something song called "wiccy yic, wizzy" or whatever they call it.
both videos didn't work. Only get sound, but no audio!
My goal is not to just get these videos, but i just want to know how to get any video with "launch.com"

under protocol-don't select auto. select mms(html). try that.
