I have tried to look for any useful information I might find in the forum but to no avail so I decided to go for my own problem posting here.
I have recently tried to use CCE SP 2.5 to encode the AVI files I captured thru Scenalyzer. At the beginning the error said I did not have a codec so I downloaded all available Codec including Canopus, Mainconcept, and some others for it. Then the error message went away, with another stepped in. This time I got an error of "ccd_encoding_init()failed : unknown error". I tried to convert my captured AVI filed by Canopus DV file converter to different, type 1 type 2 MS or anything together with the use of codec but it did not solve the problem.
I however was able to encode the same AVI file by TMPGEnc with a reasonable file size. BUT, the encoded MPEG file was not playable, in Media Player. Everytime I played it, a error always showed up 1 sec after and halted everything. After couple times, now it errored me just by clicking on the file ONCE(not need to play) in the windows explorer. The error said
<process has already exited> has generated errors and will be closed by windows.
You will need to restart the program.
An error log is being created.
After a minute the windows explorer shut itself.
I have tried several things this forum suggested, related or unrelated, but none of them seemed to work.
Can anybody help? This really drives me crazy.
