I'm having trouble playing a movie, it's all black with no audio, I have nimo codecs and don't know what else i may need, thanks for the help.

What I would do is download something like Gspot
http://www.headbands.com/gspot/
which is an avi identifier. This will tell you what codec was used to encode both the audio and the video of the avi you are trying to watch.
If the codec used was not sometihng included in the Nimo codec pack, let me know if you can't find it and I'll get you a link.
If it was included, you've got other problems, let me know if this is the case.
