i have no problems converting normal audio bitrate avi's to mpeg, but im just ran into a problem with a new avi i just downloaded. when i look at the mp3 properties in WMP i notice that the bitrate is different for every frame. when i try to pull the AC3 using virtual dub and encode with mpgenc its completely out of sync. when i try to pull the WAV file, it saves as a 32 minutes wav file, instead of one hour and 35 minutes. i have no idea what the problem is. is there a program that can change the avi audio stream to a steady stream with a 128 bitrate? any suggestions are appreciated, im going crazy.i just want a synced mpeg to burn to vcd.
