    I have a svcd video stream (m2v) and two audio streams (mp2). what tool do I use to mux them into a svcd with 2 audio channels. Thanks.

    bbmpeg can do that. It's in the tools section, and I believe there is also a guide to using it (oriented toward using it to cut, but the general procedure is the same for a basic multiplex).
