DVD2AVI problem

In the above link, between items 2b & 2c, I cannot figure out what's happening here...

Following these directions to a "T"...beginning to think im senile

When I hit 'file', then 'save project' after I've checked the track and setting under the 'audio' tab, nothing happens...no coding, no new files, wav, mp3 nada..

Am I missing something somewhere? Does it matter if I'm using version 1.76 to 1.85 or later?

Try following the DVD2AVI instructions on this guide. This is how i do it & never failed yet.
