    Anyone out there who can help me?

    I have eventually managed to chop a DVD movie onto 2 discs to play through the DVD/VDC player connected to the TV, but there is'nt any sound.

    I've chopped a few films, a few of them have sound and a few don't???

    Any ideas, the chop file I'm using is AVICHOP MFC Application, file version 1.0.0.1.

    I think your AVI file is a DivX right? If it is so. Then cut the movie using VirtualDub/Nandub i prefer Nandub.

    Settings:
    Audio: Direct Stream Copy
    Video: Direct Stream Copy
