Im Trying to find out how to get a HQ VCD by encoding 1 vob 3 ways. They have the same bitrate and settings except for size. One is 352x240 another is 480x480 and another is 720x 480. So Far the 720 one has looked better but i havent tried it on my DVD player yet. I will keep posting my results.
