I am trying to convert not another teen movie to mpeg2. It is 3 vob files... and a very small end one. The 1st and last vob files work fine when used on film setting on dvd2avi and then dvd quality on tmegenc. But the second vob file still has the strange horizontal lines on movement. I tired doing this as a regular video movie and it got rid of the lines but is still blurred while the rest of the movie is perfect.... and ideas?
