    Is it possible to create my own template for the vcd menu? or maybe download other ones somewhere else?

    The templates they provided are nice but i'd like to arrange the thumbnails in a way that they don't provide.

    I don't think so, Skoad. I toyed with Ulead for a while, and though DVD Movie Factory is nice and simple, it is quite limited. Ulead's DVD Workshop *does* offer the ability to use user-created menus, and it has a trial version you can find in the tools section.
    I like Ulead's software a lot, but if that still doesn't do it for you, I'd start getting familiar with VCDEasy. Once you learn how to use it and develop your own technique for creating menus, you'll never go back.
