SVCD & Still Images

Heyas!

New problem~

Took some advice yesterday and removed the cd compliant tag off of the software and behold, I can play SVCDs woohoo

The problem is this: During playback in the dvd there are sporadic still images, even minor pauses, consistently through the movie. Did you resolve this problem? If so, what were the exact settings and software?

Is there a chance this could be caused by software running in the background, memory issues, a need to defrag(?) or perhaps a software issue?

Any thoughts, let me know!

try lowering your bit rate go for between 2500-4000 and do small test burns to see what dvd likes.
