I cannot watch my VHS cassetes on my computer using ATI multimedia or VirtualDUb as The picture seems to continue flickering. Now the video and cassetes I use are PAL format and my AIW is aPAL version aswell so there should be no problem. My motherboad is based on the VIA chipset.
Strange thing though is I tried the same AIW radeon card on a Pentium 4 systems based on SiS chipset(motherboard) and it works perfectly fine.
I am in UK
Ihave an
AMD XP+2100
Motherboard Gigabyte 7VRXP (based on VIA chipset)
All in wonder radeon PCI 32mb Sdram.
I am going mental, this is the second AIW PCI radeon card I am testing. The first had even more problems so I assumed it was a card fault. This one though has a problem of just the flickering so is it a VIA conflict issue or what.I have installed latest VIA 4 in 1 drivers etc.
Please help as I am about to purchase a 3rd similar card again.
