I always use VCDeasy to create my binfiles. My file is 780mb and my binfile
about 900mb!?.I never had this problem before. Am i doing something
different maby?

Your MPEG probably "bloated" in size due to autopadding.
This implies that you MPEG wasn't muxed correctly.
If your MPEG is VCD compliant, then remux your MPEG with TMPGEnc --> MPEG Tools --> simple multiplex and change the setting to "MPEG-1 Video-CD".
If you are making an XVCD, then change the setting to "MPEG-1 Video-CD (non-standard)".
If you are making a X/SVCD, then change the setting to SVCD or (recommended), remux. your MPEG-2 file with bbMPEG on the SVCD setting.
