Toshiba SD-4700 & SVCD

I cannot seem to get any SVCD's to play on this unit. Yet, the compatibility list (if I read it correctly, if I didn't just kick me in the head) says it should play. VCD's play fine...can anyone confirm this?

Yes, I was disappointed when I read my manual and it didn't support SVCD. VCD works fine.

I also noticed the my Backup copy of Star wars 1, didn't work in it as well. Works fine in my Stanalone Sony.

Time to go find out what the Toshiba sells for on Ebay I guess.

PS - I used DVDxCopy to backup up the Star Wars. Works fine on the PC and Sony Standalone.
