Here is another little problem I've been looking to correct.
In my original .avi files, a certain width and height is specified. No matter what setting i use in tmpgenc (full screen, center, etc) it encodes as a 420x420 file (i've tried to change these numbers in tmpgenc, but they are grayed out). any idea why?

Go to the extra folder in the templates and open it up and select unlock. Open that then you will have your screen unlocked to make changes.
