It seems that some of the DVDs I converted to VCD with TMPGEnc have video issues in regards to the audio.
On some of these VCDs, the video "slows down" while the audio remains consistant. Then, a few seconds later, the video "speeds-up" to catch-up with the audio track.
Other times, the video jumps ahead a few seconds, then later, slows-down to sync-up with the audio track, which always plays normally.
Anyone else experience this? Is it with TMPGEnc, or somewhere else along the conversion process?

Yes I get this too only when using TMPGEnc (nay version)for encoding Mpeg1.
If I use Panasonic or Ligos the resulting Video and Audio are fine (in sync) when played back on my standalone TEAC DVD Player.
Hopefully, someone has an explanation for this...
