Scene creation sync problem on DVD Movie Factory

When creating scenes for DVDs on DVD MF I get a sync problem. I can mark the entry points and create the DVD but when it plays, the entry point is actually about 10 seconds before the one I created. It seems fine on simulation (on DVD MF) but I've noticed when picking a scene, there is a delay before playing from the correct point. Any suggestions welcomed.
