I am using VirtualDub and TmpgEnc, how to synchronise subtitles?
Any idea? Comment? Subtitles are totally chaotic, and not start/end as should.

too work to do
you could to a format *.srt or *.txt and manually adjust yours subs file
or try the tool subtitle studio (i thing thatīs the name) to change the time and duration of the subs .
but is your subs file adjust to the frame rate of your movie ?
maybe thatīs the prolblem.
