    Alright thanks, but my question this time is: is + media as cheap and easy to find as -media, and do they basically do the same things?

    Yes, they do basically the same thing, but -R media is definately cheaper than +R media at this time. +R media was just introduced fairly recently, so it will take a little time before you see the price drops.
