Just wanted to find out which tool is the best to down/upsample audio in terms of quality and speed. I got AVI file and CoolEdit down/upsamples WAV extracted from it from 23.976 to 25 fps and vice versa in about as many minutes as long is the audio itself - 2 hours for 2 hour WAV file. Can you please post results time and quality wise for a WAV file let's say 1 hour long with your preferred tool.

rather depends on your system so posting results wouldnt make a lot of sense .. also on what settings you used -- as in adding dithering etc ...

Mine's AMD Athlon 1900+, 512 RAM running XP. Down/upsampling with no filters except high precision.
