  1. I used TMPGenc to Encode my ASF copy of the 7th DBZ movie, and Somehow, It removed mostly all the sound. Can anyone tell me why it does that?

    (note: the original does have full sound)

    ASF is a bs gatesoft propritary file type...they dont play well with others...
    I have had some luck using virtualdub to convert to avi then using tmpg.....or use virtualdub to sav sound as uncompressed wav file then use that as audio source.......

  4. As Mad said, try saving the asf to avi using virtualdub 1.3, then turn it to mpg with TMPG

    Sounds like you may be missing a codec (MP34)...check the tools section for what ya need ....or down load the nemo codec pack lite.

  8. Would it be a faster conversion if I split the aud and Vid, or If I Convert the ASF?
