I used TMPGenc to Encode my ASF copy of the 7th DBZ movie, and Somehow, It removed mostly all the sound. Can anyone tell me why it does that?
(note: the original does have full sound)

ASF is a bs gatesoft propritary file type...they dont play well with others...
I have had some luck using virtualdub to convert to avi then using tmpg.....or use virtualdub to sav sound as uncompressed wav file then use that as audio source....... -
As Mad said, try saving the asf to avi using virtualdub 1.3, then turn it to mpg with TMPG
LOL @ BS Gatesoft -
Sounds like you may be missing a codec (MP34)...check the tools section for what ya need ....or down load the nemo codec pack lite.

Would it be a faster conversion if I split the aud and Vid, or If I Convert the ASF?
